We do not accept credit cards for international orders (this includes Canada and Puerto Rico). You may pay by bank check or wire tranfers in U.S. funds. Please call or e-mail (sales@highlineinternational.com) for a shipping price and total. Please note that the shipping calculator is not correct. It will not calulate a shipping rate correctly for an international address.

All international orders have a minumum order total of $1,000 U.S. dollars (shipping not included). Serious inquiries only.

All information gathered by TurboStore.com through your order is kept strictly confidential and will not be distributed to any company or individual. The information will be used only to make sure that your order is processed correctly and shipped in the timeliest manner. All orders from our website are done on secure Yahoo servers and may be placed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

ORDERS DONE VIA CREDIT CARD MUST BE SHIPPED TO THE BILLING ADDRESS OF THE CREDIT CARD. Tax is added for customers within the state of Arizona. This means that: FOR ALL SALES OUTSIDE OF ARIZONA, USA. THERE IS NO SALES TAX (BIG SAVINGS).

Normal shipping is done by UPS Ground or Airborne Express. If you need faster service, please call or e-mail in advance for availability and rush shipment options. All parts in stock will be shipped the same or the next day. Please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery if an item is out of stock. If a part is on backorder, you will be notified on the manufacturers approximate lead time. All shipping charges will be displayed in the shopping cart total. This includes handling, packaging and insured shipping to your door.

Product warranties are only those of the manufacturer. There are no refunds or exchanges allowed for opened electronic components (unless defective). Please report all shipping damages to the carrier immediately. PARTS AND ACCESSORIES ARE SUBJECT TO A 25% RE-STOCKING FEE (SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE). No returns after 7 days of receipt of item. Returns are subject to manufacturer/ distributor rules and policies.

INSTALLATION:


All products require professional installation. Buyer understands that some products may require modifications for correct fitment. Minor adjustments may be necessary as part of the normal installation process. All hoods require hood pins for safety reasons. All carbon fiber products will not sustain any force or weight, for they could be cracked by such force or weight. Some professional prepping may be necessary for an ideal fit. The buyer needs to perform these steps to his/her satisfaction before installation. If the buyer wishes to paint any aero body products, he or she must pre-fit the parts to the vehicle before painting to ensure proper fit. There are absolutely no returns on painted products.

All products require professional installation. Minor adjustments might be necessary. These are normal body work and installation steps for all body components. Therefore it is NOT considered to be defective. In addition, most carbon fiber products are hand-crafted, and no two items will be identical. Small imperfections such as wavy weaves, small bubbles, and clear coat blemishes are inevitable. Pictures are required to demonstrate true defects on products prior to return. See below for information on our return policy.

NO RETURNS OR CANCELLATIONS ON SPECIAL ORDER PRODUCTS (This includes ALL products that are drop shipped or not in stock at Highline International, Inc. at time of order).

Customer is responsible for all shipping expenses. However, we will gladly exchange the part and pay for return shipping if a mistake is made on our part. We are here to serve our customers any way we can.

Check all local and federal laws before ordering. Many after-market components are made for off-road use only and may also void your automobile manufacturer's warranty. This is the standard among the automotive aftermarket industry.
